Account Comparison
The account comparison section provides an overview of the social media performance across the channels included in the report, allowing users to assess how content resonates with audiences.
Stats in this area include:
- Accounts - The name of your social media channel and the network this is from e.g Facebook
- Connections - This relates to people who are following your pages
- Messages In - The number of messages that you have received in the Inbox for your account
- Messages Out - The number of social media posts you have gone out with during the time frame of the report
- Engagement Rate - This is the total engagements on a post, which includes Reactions, Likes, Clicks, Comments and Shares (depending on the data the social networks provide), divided by the total number of Impressions. We multiply this, multiplied by 100 to express this as a percentage.
- Sentiment - This displays the sentiment of the inbound messages the account has received in the inbox, ranging from Very Negative to Very Positive. This is based on the words that are in the message.
- Gender - Where possible, we can show the gender of the people engaging with you. This is limited by the information the social networks provide us and whether or not the person engaging with you has defined their gender on their profile.
- Clicks - The number of times links in your social media content have been clicked
- Average Total Reach per Day - The average number of unique people who have seen your content on their screen. This is calculated by dividing the total Reach for the reported time period by the number of days being reported. Twitter is excluded from this calculation as this number is not provided by the network.
-
Impressions - The average number of times your content has been displayed on someone's screen or device. This is calculated by dividing the total Impressions for the reported period by the amount of days being reported on, regardless of whether or not the same person views it multiple times.
