Things to consider ✅
- To add your social account, you must be the admin in both Orlo and the native platform
- A personal page must be connected to your Facebook page to be added. This can be a fake profile to be used to connect the account to
- Your TikTok account needs to be a business page to be connected to Orlo
- To add a WhatsApp and SMS number, you must have a Twilio account
How to add your account:
1) Navigate to the menu drop-down in the top right-hand corner and select the 'Settings' button.
2) In the Account Settings area, select the 'Manage Social Accounts' button.
3) In the manage accounts area, choose the social media channel you wish to connect and click on the 'Add Account' button. Next, enter your login credentials for the selected account and allow Orlo access to the account to complete the integration process.
4) Once you have added your accounts, click 'Finish' in the top right-hand corner of the accounts settings page to navigate back to the main home screen.
5) You can remove any accounts by clicking on the 'Edit Account'. Here, you can delete social media accounts. If you delete your account from Orlo, all data will be removed from the system.
Recommendation 💡
- If you want to connect multiple Facebook and Instagram accounts, we suggest using Meta Business Suite to manage these accounts outside of Orlo. This ensures that all administrators have full access to the accounts, making it easier to add them

This guide ensures
✅The Meta Business Account is set up under your personal Facebook profile
