Bulk Actions in the Orlo Inbox

Learn how to use Orlo's bulk action functionality to apply actions to several inbound conversations at once within the inbox.

Things to consider ✅

  • Users will need the 'View Inbox' and  'Reply' permissions enabled in the 'User Permissions' area to access the inbox and add profile tags and notes. 

 

Recommendation 💡

  • Filter your messages before applying bulk actions. For example, filter by a campaign to bulk tag all related messages with a specific campaign inbox tag for analysis.

 

Bulk Actions for Messages 

 

1) Click on the social icon of the messages you wish to apply the bulk action to. You can hold down the Shift key to select multiple messages at once.

 

 

2) Select the bulk action that you want to apply to the messages. You can do the following bulk actions: 

 

  • Bulk Assign - Assign to teams and users in one go for multiple messages 
  • Bulk Sentiment - Change the sentiment of multiple messages at once. This feature can be particularly helpful for managing topics that are perceived to have a specific sentiment within the organisation.
  • Bulk Tagging - Add message tags to groups of messages. This could be related to the same topic or keyword. 

 

 

 

In Conversation Mode, you can bulk assign messages directly from the main inbox view. When you enter a conversation thread, you'll have the same bulk action options available as you do in individual message mode.
