How to Run a Chatbot Report
1) Navigate to the 'Settings' dropdown and select the Chatbot icon in the 'Company Settings' area.
2) In the 'Bots' area, click on the 'View Report' button to load the Chatbot Report.
3) The report will automatically default to the last 30 days, however, users can edit the date range by clicking on the icon, where users can filter this in the following ways:
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Custom Time Period
