Accessing The Stream Area

1) Navigate to the 'Insights' dropdown ➡️ Select 'Create a stream'.

2)  Add your stream name and the description of the stream. Once you have added this, click 'Next'

Adding Keywords

Start creating your stream by defining specific keywords you want to monitor across your connected sources. The query builder uses "include" and "exclude" options, along with "AND" and "OR" logic, to refine your search.

To refine your stream, you can add single keywords or mentions from/of a profile. Additionally, you can create groups of keywords with customised "AND" or "OR" logic within the groups.

The example below is looking at mentions of the Midlands "AND" festival. Other examples may include.

  • Mentions of your organisation
  • Keywords relating to service areas
  • Keywords relating to campaigns/ initiatives that you are running
