RSS Feeds:
A widget that pulls in articles from specified Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feeds. This allows you to easily discover and access relevant content from external websites directly within your dashboard.
- Local Government: A local council could add an RSS feed from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities to stay informed about new housing policies and funding opportunities.
- Healthcare: A hospital trust could monitor an RSS feed from the NHS England website for the latest clinical guidelines and service updates.
- Housing: A housing association could track an RSS feed from a national homelessness charity to stay informed about sector trends and best practices.
- Policing: A police force could monitor an RSS feed from the National Police Chiefs' Council for updates on national policing strategies and crime trends.
- Education Example: A university could follow an RSS feed from the Department for Education for policy announcements and research funding opportunities.
- Central Government Example: A government department (e.g., Department of Health and Social Care) could monitor RSS feeds from international health organisations like the WHO for global health news and recommendations.
Profile Search:
A widget that enables you to search for specific public profiles and pages on X (Twitter) and Facebook. You can then view their content and share relevant posts to your own channels.
- Local Government: A city council could use Profile Search to find and monitor the Facebook pages of local community groups and businesses to understand local events and concerns.
- Healthcare: A local GP surgery could search for the X profiles of reputable health information providers (e.g., NHS Choices) to share reliable health advice with their patients.
- Housing: A tenant's union could use Profile Search to find and monitor the social media accounts of local housing developers to stay informed about new projects and potential community impact.

Inbox (Individual Message Mode):
A widget that displays your digital conversations as individual, chronological messages. This view is useful for focusing on each interaction separately and ensuring no single message is missed.
Inbox (Conversation Mode):
A widget that groups related digital messages into threaded conversations. This view provides context by showing the entire history of an interaction with a specific user, making it easier to understand the flow of communication.

Live X Stream:
A widget that monitors public (non-direct) mentions on X based on specific keywords and profiles you define. This allows you to track broader conversations around topics relevant to your organisation.
Insights Streams:
A widget that displays the results of your broader listening streams, tracking non-direct mentions of your chosen keywords and topics across various social media platforms and online media sources.
- Local Government: A council could monitor keywords related to local attractions and events to gauge public interest and identify potential issues.
- Healthcare: An NHS Trust could monitor keywords related to specific health campaigns.
