Learn how to download your social media content from Orlo's Outbox. This guide shows you how to export all your social media posts and details the available download options.

- Data Backup - Orlo stores your social media content in the Outbox and Content Calendar, but using the export allows you to have another way of seeing content, which may be useful if you need to send your content to other non-Orlo users.
- Analysis - Users will receive an Excel download of your data with the performance stats for your content. You can use the download to organise data based on certain stats, which may not be available in the standard reports
How to export your social media content:
1) Navigate to the 'Marketing' drop-down ➡️ Select 'Outbox'
2) Once you are in the Outbox, click on the 'Export Results' button in the top right-hand corner. This will send you a download via email.
If you have filters on in the Outbox, this will send you the posts based on the filters. To see all content across all time, click on the 'Filters' button and click 'Clear Filters'
In the report, you will be able to see the following information:
- Outbox ID
- Account name
- Account user name
- Account type
- Author
- Campaign
- Date published
- Text
- Media
- Post stats (Clicks, Comments, Likes, Shares, Reactions, Comments, Impressions, Engagement Rate, Total Engagements)
- Message type
- Native post link
