Generating a QR code for Survey Responses

This step-by-step guide walks you through generating a QR code for your survey, making it easy to collate and manage your results.

Navigate to the Survey Area

 

1) Users will need to navigate to the 'Voice of the Community' area in the top dashboard of Orlo. 

 

 

2) To access all of your surveys, users can click on the 'Surveys' area on the left-hand side panel in the Voice of the Community module. 

 

 

Generating a QR code for a Survey

 

1) In the Survey area of Voice of the Community, navigate to your 'active' surveys by clicking on the 'Active' tab. 

 

 

2) To generate your QR code, click on the 'QR code' icon for the Survey that you want to generate this for. This will show you a preview of the code, and users can download the QR code by clicking on the 'Download QR Code' button. 

 

 

Once generated, users can then start to collate survey responses using the QR code.
