How to Run an Account Report

This guide will show you how to utilise Orlo's Account Report to gain an overview of your social media channel performance in one unified view. Learn how to use this report to demonstrate the value and impact of your social media content.

Things to consider ✅

  • To access the Team Report, users must have the 'View Account Report' permission enabled within the 'User Permissions' area

  • Demonstrate Value - Easily see your social media accounts' performance KPIs which are easily downloadable to report to stakeholders showcasing engagement levels and sentiment across your social media channels. 
  • Time-Saving -Reduce the time spent navigating each platform for social media performance. With all your stats consolidated in one view, you can identify your top-performing accounts or recognise areas that need improvement.

 

How to access the Account Report: 

 

1) Navigate to the 'Analytics' dropdown ➡️ Select the 'Account Report' button. 

 

 

2) In the Account Report, you can customise the time frame of your report to analyse different reporting periods. Other customisability includes: 

  • Including a comparison report 
  • Filtering your report by specific social media channels

 

 

 

3) Once you have set your report options, click 'Build Analytics' to generate your report. 

 

You can download your report via the following options:

4) When you are in the report you can see a summary of your social media channels and can see the below metrics for your posts. 

 

  • Account Name 
  • Connections (followers) 
  • Inbound Messages 
  • Sent Posts 
  • Engagement Rate 
  • Sentiment 
  • Gender 
  • Link Clicks 
  • Average Reach 
  • Impressions
