Use Orlo's Post Approvals Report to gain insights into your disapproved social media content. Learn how to analyse the number of rejected posts to help improve your content strategy
Things to consider ✅
- Admin users can view the post approvals report and can approve or disapprove content if they have the 'Validate Posts' permission activated.
- Admin users can set up approval/ disapproval tags to be used on content for analysis in the Post Approval Report in the 'Publish Settings' area.
- Admin users can enforce mandatory validation for social media content by disabling the 'Post Unvalidated' permission within the 'Manage Users' section.

How to access the Post Approvals Report:
1) Navigate to the 'Analytics' dropdown ➡️ Select the 'Post Approvals Report' button.
2) In the Post Approvals Report, you can customise the time frame of your report to analyse different reporting periods. Other customisability includes:
- Selecting specific social media channels to include in the report
- Including and excluding post-approval tags - This allows you to filter your whole report to a certain tag e.g only seeing posts that have been approved/ disapproved with the tag 'Spelling'
3) Once you have chosen your filtering options click 'Build Analytics' to generate your report.
4) Once you are in the report, in the 'Breakdown' area, you can filter between Account Totals, Network Totals and User Totals for each approval/ disapproval tag you have applied to content. To do this, click on the dropdown in the left-hand corner.
