Adding Moment In Time Notes

1) Navigate to the 'My Reports' button on the Insights dropdown.

2) Click on the report that you want to access.

3) Once you have located the widget you want to add the note to, click on the spike for the day you want to add the note for.

Top Tip 💡

To quickly understand the narrative within a large data spike, use the 'Theme Clusters' option. This will automatically identify and display the top 5 themes, saving you the time of manually reviewing numerous results.

To view the Theme Clusters, click the 'Theme Clusters' button to load the top 5 results in the dataset.

4) To add any Moments In Time notes, click on the 'Moments In Time' button, and select '+ Create New'. You can then add the name of your note and any descriptions to understand the spike. To save this, click 'Save Moment'.

5) Once you have saved your Moment in Time note, this will be displayed on the graph, which will also be visible when you download the report.

Notes are shown for the current reporting period. To see previous notes, click a spike and go to the 'Moment in Time' tab.
