Insights Widget Library

This guide provides a glossary of widgets used in Orlo Insights, explaining what each one analyses for your listening streams and inbox data.

Total Results

Displays the overall number of results included in your current report, reflecting any filters you have applied.

 

Results Over Time

Visualises the total number of results across your selected reporting period, making it easy to identify significant increases (spikes) or decreases in activity.

 

Results by Channel

Shows the distribution of your total results across each source (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, news sites) included in your stream, highlighting the platforms where the most conversations are occurring.

 

Results by Channel Over Time

Shows the trend of results for each individual channel over your chosen reporting period, allowing you to see how conversation volume on specific platforms changes.

 

Overall Sentiment

Calculates and displays the average sentiment (positive, negative, or neutral) across all results within your report.

 

Sentiment Breakdown

Shows the total number of results categorised by each sentiment level (e.g., positive, negative, neutral) for the entire reporting period.

 

Sentiment Over Time

Visualises the trend of each sentiment level (positive, negative, neutral) over your reporting period, highlighting peaks and drops in specific sentiment changes. 

 

Sentiment Breakdown Over Time

Displays the total number of results for each sentiment level over your selected reporting period.

 

Emotion Breakdown Shows the total count of different emotions (e.g., joy, anger, sadness) detected within the results included in your report.

 

Emotion Breakdown Over Time

Shows the trend of each detected emotion over your chosen reporting period.

 

Results by Location

Provides a breakdown of the total number of results originating from different geographical locations, along with the average sentiment expressed in each location.

 

Top 10 Locations

Highlights the top 10 geographical locations based on the volume of results, also displaying the average sentiment for each of these locations. (Note: This widget presents the same data as "Results by Location" but focuses on the top 10.)

 

Results by Gender

Displays the total number of results attributed to different genders (based on available name and profile information).

 

Results by Gender Over Time

Visualises the trend of results attributed to different genders over your selected reporting period.

 

Results by Age

Shows the total number of results categorised by different age groups, with a further breakdown of the sentiment expressed within each age group.

 

 

Results by Age Over Time 

Shows the trend of results across different age groups over your chosen reporting period. 

 

Results by Language

Shows the total number of results for each identified language within your reporting period.

 

SWOT 

Utilises AI to analyse the sentiment within your report results and identify key themes categorised as Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats related to your monitored topics. 

 

Theme Map 

Visually groups thematically similar words into clusters (themes), displaying the average sentiment associated with each identified theme.

 

Top Interests 

This widget displays the top 5 interests from the profiles included in the report results. For instance, if you are monitoring discussions related to education, "Education and Learning" is likely to be one of the identified interests. Please note that this information is only from X (Twitter).

 

Top Industry

Top Industries looks at organisations that are included in your report and groups them into industries. For example, if you were looking at mentions around a local government organisation, you would likely see 'Public Administration' as an industry. Please note that this information is only from X (Twitter).

 

Trust Indicator 

Calculates and displays an overall trust score (ranging from -100% to 100%) based on the sentiment and emotions expressed within your report results, indicating the level of trust or distrust.

 

Trust Over Time

Shows the trend of the Trust Indicator score over your selected reporting period, allowing you to track changes in trust levels.

 

Theme Cloud 

Shows the positive and negative themes identified in your results. The size of each theme "bubble" corresponds to the number of results associated with that theme. 

 

Postive Themes

Highlights key themes emerging from results with a positive sentiment, enabling quick identification of positive discussion points.

 

Negative Themes

Highlights key themes emerging from results with a negative sentiment, enabling quick identification of areas of concern.
