Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Orlo

This guide will walk you through the steps to connect your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account with Orlo. This integration allows you to link your CRM data directly within Orlo to help improve customer interactions.

Things to consider ✅

  • Orlo's  Microsoft Dynamics Integration is an optional paid add-on. If you'd like to enable this feature, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for details.
  • To add the integration, users will need to be an Admin user in Orlo.

Benefits 🙌

  • Improved Customer Information:  See relevant information directly within Orlo when interacting with customers, with agents having a better picture of the customer's history, cases, or contact details, enabling them to provide more informed and personalised support.

  • No siloed data: By connecting Orlo with Dynamics 365, key customer data and profiles can be linked and displayed within Orlo. This eliminates the need for agents to switch between multiple systems to gather customer information.
