Adding a LinkedIn Document to your Social Media Posts:
1) Users will need to navigate to the 'Composer' tab in the top right-hand corner to bring down the composer.
2) Next, users can select their LinkedIn account using the social media accounts dropdown.
3) To attach a LinkedIn document, users can click on either the paperclip icon or the plus button. This will allow you to browse your device and select the document you wish to upload. After making your selection, click 'Upload' to add this.
You can only upload your document from your device. Documents are not supported in the asset library in Orlo.
4) Once the document is uploaded, users can include any accompanying text and utilise the additional features of the composer to finalise their post. After making all necessary edits, users have the option to either schedule the post for later or publish it in real time.
You can view the Composer Overview help document here for more information on editing options.
Viewing a LinkedIn Document Post in the Content Calendar:
1) Users can navigate to the 'Marketing' tab and select the 'Content Calendar' option. Your LinkedIn Document post will show amongst your other social media content.
2) When clicking on the post, users will still have the usual options such as editing a post (when in a scheduled state), adding campaigns/ post tags, deleting and copying the post.
Want to know more about the content calendar? Take a look at our Content Calendar Overview guide here.
3) If the post is live, users can click the 'View Natively' button to see the post live in LinkedIn.
