This guide will show you how to view your social listening and media monitoring data for your projects. By tracking keywords and topics, gain a deeper understanding of public sentiment related to your project.

- To access the Voice of the Community area, users will need the 'View VOC Module' and 'Manage VOC Projects' permissions enabled in the 'User Settings' area.

Navigating to the project area:
1) To access the Voice of the Community module, users will need to navigate to the 'Voice of the Community' button on the top dashboard. Users can then click on the 'Projects' button on the left-hand side navigation bar.
2) Users should then choose the project associated with the Listening Insights for which they want to view the statistics. By clicking on the project name, this will take users to the main project overview area.
Viewing the Listening Insights Report:
1) To view the Listening Insights report, users will need to select the 'Listening Insights' button at the top of the project overview area. This report includes stats such as the total number of results, trust score, emotion and sentiment data and results over time.
Filtering the Listening Insights Report:
1) Users can use the 'Filter' button in the top right-hand corner of the report to filter out certain listening results. Once you have added the filters that you want to apply, click the 'Apply Filter' button. The filtering options include:

Listening Period: Specifies the time frame for the data, such as "last 30 days" or a custom date range.

Networks & Sources: Determines which platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, Facebook) and websites (e.g., news sites, blogs) to monitor.

Language: Filters results to include only posts written in a specific language.

Demographic filters: Refine the audience by characteristics such as gender, age, and location.

Authors: Narrows the results to specific users or accounts, such as searching for competitors or key influencers.

Industries and Interests: Focuses the search on conversations related to particular topics or industries (This is only available on X)

Sentiment and Emotion filters: Filter by certain sentiment and emotions

Visibility - Public/Private Results: Filters by your comments, mentions or Direct Messages (DMs)
Viewing Listening Insights Results:
1) To view all the results within the listening stream that users have set up for a project, users can click on the speech bubble icon in the right-hand corner.
2) Users can then select the three dots on the sources, which allows users to carry out the following options:
- Assign a post to another user
- Add a message tag (these can be set up in the inbox settings)
- View on the native site
- Amend the sentiment or emotion
- Delete the post from the stream
Exporting the Listening Insights Report:
1) To export the Listening Insights Report, users can do a simple export by selecting the 'Export' button. This will send a PDF download to your device.
