  • To access the Voice of the Community area, users will need the 'View VOC Module' and 'Manage VOC Projects' permissions enabled in the 'User Settings' area.

  • To access the Voice of the Community Reports, users will need to enable the 'VOC Reporting' permission in the 'User Settings' area.

Key Metrics

 

  • Total Number of Listening Results: This is the total count of all posts, comments, or mentions that have been gathered from the configured listening streams. It represents the overall volume of conversations being monitored.

  • Positive Themes: These are topics within the listening results that are associated with a positive sentiment. 

  • Negative Themes: Similar to positive themes, these are the topics or subjects within the data that are linked to a negative sentiment. 

  • Trust Score: This score is a percentage calculated by Orlo's AI to show the ratio of trusting emotions to distrusting emotions in your listening results. A higher percentage indicates that conversations are more trusting. The score helps you gauge public perception.

  • Emotion Breakdown: This chart visualises the different emotions (e.g., joy, anger, sadness, surprise) detected within the listening results. It provides a more nuanced understanding of the community's feelings.

  • Sentiment Breakdown: This shows the percentage of results categorised as positive, negative, or neutral. It's a high-level overview of the overall tone of the conversations about your topic.

  • Results Over Time: This chart displays the volume of listening results over a specific time period. It's useful for identifying trends, spikes in conversation.

  • Results by Channel: This breakdown shows the distribution of results across the different social media channels you're monitoring (X, Facebook, Instagram). It helps you understand where most of the conversation is happening.

  • Results by Channel Over Time: This metric combines the previous two, showing how the volume of results from each channel has changed over a period. 

  • Results by Age: This demographic breakdown shows the age groups of the users contributing to the listening results. 

  • Results by Gender: This chart displays the gender distribution of the users in the listening results. It provides further insight into your audience.

  • Results by Language: This displays a breakdown of the different languages that are present in your listening results. 

  • Results by Location: Displays the top locations mentioned in your listening stream.
