For a video, it's:
- File Type: mp4, mov
- File Size: 1073741824 (128MB)
- Min Resolution: 32x32
- Max Resolution: 1920x1920
- Duration 1 - 1200s (20min)
For a reel, it's:
- File Type: mp4, mov
- File Size: 1073741824 (128MB)
- Min Resolution: 540x960
- Max Resolution: 1080x1920
- Duration 3 - 90s (A reel published as a story on a Facebook Page can not exceed 60 seconds)
- Compression – H.264, H.265
- Codec – AAC Low Complexity

For a Story (image), it's:
- File Type: jpeg, png, gif

Things to consider ✅

When uploading a PNG file, try to keep the file size below 1MB, as file sizes larger than that may appear pixelated after upload

For a Reel, it's:
- File Type: mp4, mov
- File Size: 314572800 (300MB)
- Min Resolution: 320x320
- Max Resolution: 1920x1080
- Duration: 3 - 900s (15m)
- Audio codec: AAC, 48khz sample rate maximum, 1 or 2 channels (mono or stereo).
- Video codec: HEVC or H264, progressive scan, closed GOP, 4:2:0 chroma subsampling.
- Required aspect ratio is between 0.01:1 and 10:1 but we recommend 9:16 to avoid cropping or blank space.

For a Story (image), it's:
- File Type: jpeg
- File Size: 8388608 (8MB)
- Min Resolution: 320x320
- Max Resolution: 1440x2560
For a Story (video), it's:
