Reactions

Not every platform treats reactions in the same way and they calculate their totals differently. Here's where you can see your reaction metric in Orlo, as well as a breakdown of the social network definitions.

You can see the total amount of reactions a post has received either in the Outbox or within the Marketing and Campaign Report, under the Top Posts section:

Total Reactions Calculation Definition:

  • Instagram = Likes
  • Twitter = Likes
  • Facebook = Likes (which includes both Likes and Cares) + Loves + Wow + Haha + Sorry + Angry
  • LinkedIn = Likes + Celebrate + Curious + Love + Insightful + Support

    Note: In all cases, the Reactions metric always includes Likes
