Enhanced Accountability and Transparency - The audit history provides a record of all changes made to social media content, including who made the changes and when allowing admins to track activity on social media content
Things to consider ✅
- Access to the history audit in the Outbox is restricted to admin users. To enable this feature, ensure that the 'Administer' permissions are activated in the user settings.
How to view the history audit in the Outbox:
1) Navigate to the 'Marketing' drop-down ➡️ Select 'Outbox'
2) Once you are in the Oubox area, to see an audit of a post, click on the three dots icon on the top right-hand corner of the post ➡️ Click the ⌚ icon.
Actions include:
- Who created and scheduled the posts
- Any changes to schedules
- Changes to campaigns
- Approval/ Disapproval
- Deleting content
