Spam Detection Filter - Inbox

Learn how to utilise Orlo's Inbox Spam Filter to automatically hide irrelevant or unsolicited messages. This helpful guide outlines how to mark content as spam and maintain a clear, manageable inbox for your team.

Things to consider ✅

  • The spam tool is designed to learn and improve with every use. As you continue to mark messages as spam, the tool's accuracy will increase, leading to more messages being automatically categorised in the future
  • Spam detection works on all channels but will work separately for each one. So, for example, there will be one spam detection for Facebook and another for X
  • You can mark/unmark messages as spam in both individual AND conversation mode
  • The filter for spam messages can only be found in individual mode within the inbox
