Survey Link Distribution 

Create customisable links based on where you share your survey, allowing you to track and analyse responses across different channels.

Things to consider ✅

  • To access the Voice of the Community area, users will need the 'View VOC Module' and 'Manage VOC Projects' permissions enabled in the 'User Settings' area.

Setting up distribution links in the VOC settings area

1) Navigate to the settings drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner, then select 'VOC Survey Settings' under Company Settings.



2) Click the 'Create' button in the distribution label section, enter a name for your label, and click 'Create new distribution label'.

 

3) Click the 'Voice of the Community' button on the top dashboard, and select the survey page. 

 

 

4) To share your link, head to the survey area in Voice of the Community and click the share button and copy link button of the survey you want to distribute. 



Analysing distribution links in VOC analysis reports

1) Navigate to the Voice of the Community' button on the top dashboard. 



2) Click 'Projects' on the left-hand menu to open your project, then select 'Survey Results' to view the report.



3) To filter by a distribution label, click the 'Filter' button on the right-hand side, open the 'Distribution' drop-down, select your label, and click 'Save Filter'. This will automatically update and filter your report results by the selected distribution label.
