Survey Overview Page

Get a complete picture of your survey projects in one place. The Surveys section allows you to view and track all your live, draft, and completed surveys.

Things to consider ✅

  • To access the Voice of the Community area, users will need the 'View VOC Module' and 'Manage VOC Projects' permissions enabled in the 'User Settings' area.

Navigating to the Survey Overview Area: 

 

1) To access the Survey Area, users should first click on the 'Voice of the Community' button located on the top dashboard. Then users can select the 'Survey' option from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen in the Voice of the Community area. 

 

 

View Active, Draft and Completed Surveys: 

 

1) Once users are in the Survey area, users can use the toggle option at the top of the survey area to toggle between any active, draft and completed campaigns.

View and Edit Survey Options: 

 

1) In the Survey Overview area, users can complete a survey, copy its link for use in other contexts (such as adding it to an email), view the survey details, and make any necessary edits to the survey. 

To do this, users can click on the 'Complete', 'Copy Link', 'View' and 'Edit' icons next to the Survey name. 

 

 

Add a Survey to a Project: 

 

1) Users have the option to create a survey independently, without initially linking it to a project. If you decide to associate the survey with an existing project at a later time, you can easily do this by clicking the '+ Add to project' button on the survey you'd like to include.
