Survey Translations

Translate your Voice of the Community surveys into different languages so all members of your community can respond.

Things to Consider ✅

  • Users will need to manually add their translations into the survey after selecting the language they want to translate it into.
  • Additional languages can be supported upon request.

  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Allowing users to respond in their native language minimises misinterpretation, resulting in more accurate, reliable, and actionable data.

 

Navigating to the Survey Area: 

 

1) Users need to navigate to the 'Voice of the Community' button on the top dashboard of Orlo.

 

 

2) Users can then select the 'Surveys' button on the left side of the Voice of the Community module to view all surveys.

 


 

3) Next, users can select the Edit button on the desired survey or create a new survey by clicking the '+ New Survey' button.

 

Translating your Survey:

 

1) Once the survey is selected, click on the 'Translations' button in the survey builder area.

 


 

2) Users can then choose the language they want to translate the survey by clicking on the '+' button and selecting the language from the dropdown menu. 

 

 

 

3) Once this is selected, users will need to manually add each question in the translated language.

 

 

4) Once this is done, to save the translations, click on the 'Save Survey' button in the top right-hand corner.
