Glossary 📖
User Summary
The user summary area looks at individual user metrics for last login dates, post-publishing volume and inbox activity, which is great for team leaders to understand how much users are using Orlo.
- User - Name of Orlo user.
- Last Active Session - This shows the last time the user logged into Orlo.
- Total Messages Published - The number of social media posts that users have published through the composer (this does not include inbox replies).
- Total number of inbox messages actioned - This shows the total number of messages that a user has actioned during the reporting period in the inbox. This includes any messages that have been replied to or manually marked as actioned.
Team Summary
The team summary provides a view of metrics for all users assigned to that team through the team permission settings, highlighting the total number of posts published and messages actioned during the reporting period.
- Total Messages Published - The number of social media posts that users have published through the composer (this does not include inbox replies).
- Total number of inbox messages actioned - This shows the total number of messages that a user has actioned during the reporting period in the inbox. This includes any messages that have been replied to or manually marked as actioned.
