Want to extract meaningful data from your social content? Learn how campaigns and post tags can enhance your analysis. This guide will show you how to effectively use campaigns and post tags for social media reporting in Orlo.
Benefits 🙌
- Better organisation - Campaigns allow you to group your social media content and see the data across channels in one easy view. This could be grouped by organisational priorities, campaign initiatives, or service area
- Granular analysis - Post tags enable you to create more detailed labels that can be tagged alongside the broader campaign tags. These tags can be used to filter your Marketing and Campaign Report, allowing for a more in-depth analysis of your data.
- Time-Saving - with one click, you can easily see the performance of your campaign and post tags data in Orlo's reporting suite to understand the effectiveness of your campaign
Overall, campaigns and post tags can help enhance your reporting process, simplify data-driven decision-making, and effectively demonstrate the impact of your efforts!
How to set up Campaigns:
1) Navigate to the 'Analytics' dropdown and select the 'Campaign Report'
2) Now you are in the campaign area, to add a new campaign, select the '+ New Campaign' button in the top right-hand corner.
3) Type the name of your campaign in the 'Campaign Name' box. If you want to create this as a parent campaign, leave the 'Parent' box empty. To create a child campaign, select the 'Parent' dropdown and choose one of your parent campaigns to attach it to.
Differences between Parent and Child Campaigns:
- Parent campaigns are the overarching campaigns which can be created as single campaigns or have a child (sub-campaign) sit under them
- Child campaigns must have a parent campaign assigned to them. They can be used as sub-campaigns related to the main campaign.
