Silencing a thread
Orlo's Silence Thread feature lets you hide notifications and visibility of a public conversation thread within the main inbox view. This helps users focus on more urgent messages while still retaining the thread's messages for future use once users are ready to deal with the messages.
How to silence a message:
1) Click on the icon on the top bar of the message view ➡️ click 'Silence Thread'.
This will move the message to the silenced area, which you can view via the 'Filters' option ➡️ Select 'Silence Conversations' ➡️ click 'Silenced Conversations Only'
To unsilence a thread, click on the 'Unsilence' button at the top of the message view. This will move the thread back into your main inbox area.
Pinning a message
You can pin a message at the top of your inbox, allowing for quick and easy access whenever you need to revisit it. This feature is helpful when managing multiple messages simultaneously, as it eliminates the need to scroll through the inbox to locate each one.
How to pin a message:
2) To pin a message, click on the icon on the top bar of the message view to pin your conversation/ message.
You can click between pinned messages to change the message that you see. To do this, click on the name icon at the top bar of the message view.
Inbox Audit
The inbox audit feature enables administrators to track actions performed on incoming messages, such as responding to a message, blocking a user profile, or tagging a message. This functionality provides insights into user activity within the inbox, ensuring better oversight and management of inbound messages.

Conversation Export
Orlo provides a conversation export feature that allows users to extract entire social media conversation threads from the inbox. This functionality is useful for downloading customer interactions.
Users can also use the 'Tamper Check' feature, putting a digital timestamp on a message, which is useful if any social interactions are needed as evidence, even if the message has been altered.
How to download a conversation:
4) Click on the Icon at the top bar of the message view. You can either choose to export without a Tamper Check or with a Tamper Check.
If you choose the tamper check option, you will be prompted to create a security code. This code must be entered when you open the downloaded document for security purposes.
Once you click on 'Export Messages', a download link will be sent to the email address linked to your Orlo account.
Language Filter
Orlo will translate any incoming messages in the inbox and translate any replies back in the same language.
5) Click on the message you want to respond to ➡️ Select the 'Translate Message' button on the message to change the language.
To reply in the language, type your reply and click 'Translate Reply' ➡️ Select the icon to send your reply.
Email Messages
In certain situations, you may need to share messages with individuals who do not use Orlo. The Email Message feature enables you to select both public and private message threads to send to email addresses. This functionality attaches the entire conversation, allowing recipients to respond via email with any additional information.
6) Click on the icon and select the messages you want to send. Any highlighted text in a blue ring will be sent in the email. ➡️ Add the email address you want to send the message to. ➡️ Add any information in the text of the email. ➡️ Select the 'Email Message' button.
