Live Chat Basics

The Live Chat area is found within the Inbox section of Orlo. 

This can be accessed by clicking on the Live Chat Status Bar visible along the top of the regular Inbox.

Here you will also see your current status on Live Chat at a glance, and also if there are any new chats, ongoing chats, or pending replies from ongoing chats.

A new chat is pending:
