Automated reporting allows you to create and schedule reports within Orlo, which will be emailed as a PDF attachment to one or more addresses specified by you. Once you create an automated report schedule, you can also quickly open the report from the management page, meaning they can also be used as reporting bookmarks or quick links.
The below reports support scheduled automation:
- Marketing Report
- Inbox Report
- Campaign Report
- Custom Insights Reports (You can only automate Insights reports that you own)
To create a schedule for either the Marketing, Inbox or Campaign report you'll first need to create and run the report. Once loaded, you should see the option to automate your report at the bottom of the report navigation panel on the left:
For Insights reports, the option is available in the More menu:
Clicking Automate report will then display a window where you can enter the parameters for your report automation. You can enter more than one email address as long as they're comma-separated, give the report a custom name for your reference and choose the frequency that Orlo should send the reports out.
- Weekly: Reports will be sent on Monday, starting with the next Monday
- Monthly: Reports will be sent on the 1st of the month, starting with the next month
To manage your list of automated reports, head over to Settings and click on the Automated Reports option:
On this page, you can see the list of reports that have been set up for automation. Here you can edit your report name, frequency and recipient list, delete the report schedule altogether or click View to quickly open that report in a new tab:
