Enabling Chatbots for Social
Ready to automate your social private messaging? This article covers the enablement process for Social Chatbots, currently available for Facebook Messenger and Twitter Direct Messages
Head to the Orlo Settings page and under the Company Settings, click Enable Social Chatbots:
On this page, you can select which Chatbot you would like to have running on each of your Facebook and Twitter accounts (all will be disabled by default):
