First, open up the compose tab as you normally would when creating a post and select your Instagram account from the drop-down list:
In the bottom-right corner of the text area of the compose tab, you should see your current character count along with the options to add media. Click on the Reel option:
On the window that appears, upload your video in the same way you normally would attach media to your post, from whichever source you have available:
Once uploaded, your Reel video should appear to the right of the Compose Tab:
Thats it! Once you're happy with your post, either schedule it for the future or publish it straight away and it should look something like this:
You can also control where your Reel post is published to on your Instagram account using our "Share to Feed" toggle. All Reels will land on the Reels tab of your account by default, but you can also choose whether or not to share it on your account feed tab as well. This is useful if you want to maximise your content visbility, but can be toggled off if you have a planned Instagram Grid and don't want to disrupt the layout with a Reel:
