First, open up the compose tab as you normally would when creating a post and select your Instagram account from the drop-down list. In the top-left corner of the text area of the compose tab, you should see a dropdown option where you can pick the type of post you would like to compose:
From here you can choose Instagram Reel and upload your video file using paperclip icon in the bottom right corner of the text box.
Once uploaded, your Reel video should appear in the Attachments section:
Thats it! Once you're happy with your post, either schedule it for the future or publish it straight away and it should look something like this:
You can also control where your Reel post is published to on your Instagram account using our "Share to Feed" toggle. All Reels will land on the Reels tab of your account by default, but you can also choose whether or not to share it on your account feed tab as well. This is useful if you want to maximise your content visbility, but can be toggled off if you have a planned Instagram Grid and don't want to disrupt the layout with a Reel:
