Monitoring Report - Results Breakdown

Once your stream has started to pull in results, you are able to engage and interact with them individually, as well as view a breakdown of the stream so far under the Statistics tab.

Actions you can take with your results:

Link to Result: Provides you with a unique URL that can be shared with another Orlo user at your organisation to direct them to a page that consists of this one stream result.
Delete Result: Permanently removes this result from the stream, as well as any contribution it made towards the Statistics.
View Result: For online results, this will open a separate tab and direct you to the result as it appears online.
Influence Score: How popular the author is based on criteria relevant to the result source, i.e xyz
Language: The detected language of the result.
Sentiment: All results are given a sentiment based on the amount of positive or negative words there are in the message. Based on this value, the result will either be positive or negative and you can manually change this if it is incorrect.
Author Gender: By assessing the author name, our algorithm attempts to set the gender - in some cases we return ? if we can’t know for sure - this usually crops up for accounts using organisation names.

There are also additional options under the React menu

Share on Account: This will open the Compose tab and pre-populate it with the URL link to the result so you can share it out on one of your social accounts.
Flag: This marks the result as Flagged for the purposes of filtering.
Assign to User: This marks the result as “Assigned to X” for the purposes of filtering. This only applies in the Monitoring area and will not assign the result to the user in the Inbox.
Add to Email: You are able to build a newsletter-style email from the results you have pulled into your stream. Once you have added at least one result to email, a button will appear in the top-right corner of the results page, allowing you to send the selected stream results out to one or more email addresses along with your own custom message.
History Audit: This will give you a list of actions that have been taken with the result, including who has done what and when.
