Outbox Audit Trail

Knowing what actions have taken place on an outbound marketing post can be essential for keeping track of who has created, edited, deleted or approved certain content.

To access the Audit Trail of an Outbox message, first you will need to open the message and click on the new icon in the top toolbar:

This will then open up the below window, displaying all of the activites that have occured in relation to the selected post, including the timestamp of the activity and the user responsible and the ability to export the audit as an Excel file:
