Team Report Glossary

Understanding your Team Report is key to gauging your success and identifying areas of improvement, not to mention making it easier to shout about your amazing ROI. We’ve put this glossary together to ensure every bit is easy to digest,

  • Total Sessions - The amount of times a user has logged into the Orlo platform in the time period specified.
  • Average Session Length - The total amount of time a user has spent on the Orlo platform, divided by the amount of sessions they’ve had.
  • Last Session At - When a user last logged in.
  • Top 5 Pages - The top 5 pages on Orlo that a user visited during the period of the report, with the amount of visits for each page displayed in brackets.
  • Total Messages Published - The number of messages that a particular user/team has sent out through the compose tab live onto the system. (Does not include replies)
  • Total inbox messages actioned - The number of messages a particular user/team has marked as actioned within the inbox. (This can be achieved by either replying, liking, Retweeting or simply marking as actioned)
  • Score - The score is calculated as follows:

(user total session duration / all users session duration) + (user outbox posts / total outbox posts) + (total actioned inbox messages by user / total of all actioned inbox messages) * 1000

This is used to represent a person’s or team’s workload and contribution to all work completed as a whole.
