Widgets

Below is a brief overview of the widgets available for you to use when building your dashboard. Some of the widgets have additional options that allow you to filter and customise the data shown

Marketing Posts (Formerly Outbox Widget)

This widget will show you all of the outbound posts (scheduled & sent) from your social accounts. It can also be customised to show outbound replies sent from within the Orlo Inbox.

 

Inbox: Individual Message Mode (Formerly Inbox Messages)

This widget will show you all of the individual messages received into your social account Inbox (Comments, Direct messages, Mentions etc)

 

Inbox: Conversation Mode

This widget also displays Inbox contact, but displays it in the Conversation view of the Inbox

 

Social Wall

This will show you the feed for a selected account. For X, this will show you the posts of the accounts you follow with the opportunity to engage. For Facebook and Linkedin, this will show your selected accounts wall feed.

 

Profile Search

Search for social media profiles - You can use this to search X or Facebook for certain accounts, load the feeds and engage with their content.

 

RSS Feeds

This will show you the latest articles pulled in for the RSS feed you have added and selected, with the option to view the article natively on the website that has published it and quickly create a post and share a link to the article.

 

Insights Streams

This will show you all of the latest results that have come in for the listening stream/s selected.
