Learn how to bulk edit scheduled social media posts in Orlo's Outbox. This step-by-step guide will show you how to save time editing multiple social media posts efficiently.
Things to consider ✅
- For scheduled content, you can bulk-edit the text, date, times, campaigns, approve and delete content
- For live content, you can bulk-edit campaigns and delete content
- For ease of selecting posts, you can also use the quick select button for the first 25 posts in your outbox
How to bulk edit content:
1) Navigate to the 'Marketing' drop-down ➡️ Select 'Outbox'
2) Click on the post/ posts that you want to edit (this will highlight them in green) ➡️ Select the 'Bulk Edit Post' button for scheduled content. Or for live content, the 'Bulk Edit Campaigns' and 'Bulk Delete Content' buttons.
You can also select the first 25 posts in one go by clicking on the 'Quick Select' button in the top right-hand corner when you select your first post.
3) When you are in the bulk edit area, you can make the following changes to your post for scheduled content:
- Edit the text of the post
- Edit the date
- Edit the campaign
- Add a campaign
- Bulk request approval
- Bulk delete
- Bulk approve content
4) Once you are done making any edits, click on the 'Save Changes' button.
❌ You can't bulk edit images in the Outbox, you will have to do this on an individual post-level basis
❌ You will have to delete Instagram content via the native platform
- Up to 25 posts can be bulk-edited at one time
