Creating a Live Chat Widget

To create and customise your Live Chat widgets, go to Settings > Account Settings in Orlo and select 'Manage your Live Chat widgets'.  You will need 'Administer Accounts' enabled in your User Permissions to be able to view Account Settings.



Once here, you can either edit an existing Live Chat Widget, or create a new one by selecting 'Add new widget'.



 

Now you can customise your chat widget with various options, including the branding, widget styling, chat views, queue limits and resolution periods.
