      Facebook Media Upload Limits

      The main information you will need to know for uploading media for Facebook via Orlo is below, all of which is taken from Facebook's API documentation, which you can find here. 

      For Images, Orlo supports the following formats:

      • JPEG

      • PNG

      • GIF

      Some caveats:

      1. If you upload a PNG file, try keep the file size below 1 MB. PNG files larger than 1 MB may appear pixelated after upload.

      1. Check the file size of your photos. We (Facebook) recommend uploading photos under 4MB.

      For Video, Orlo supports the following formats:

      • MP4

      • QuickTime

      • GIF

      Some caveats:

      • The aspect ratio of the video must be between 9x16 and 16x9
      • Upload supports video uploads that are up to 1GB and 20 minutes long.

      Audio Settings for Video:

      • Sample Rate: 48 kHz
      • Channel Layout: Stereo or Mono
      • Codec: AAC
      • Bit Rate: up to 256 kbps
