General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Orlo

In line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to continue the provision of secure, reliable and compliant services, we have issued a Data Protection Addendum to all existing Orlo contracts. 

This Addendum sets out the provisions that will govern the processing of personal data by the parties contained in the contract and takes precedence over other terms of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise.

In addition to this we have provided an update to our privacy policy (see: https://orlo.tech/privacy-policy/) which now includes a section on common GDPR FAQ’s and confirms the actions we are taking to comply with the new regulations.
