- Total Ongoing Chats – Click here to view all ongoing chats assigned to yourself or other Agents
- Unassigned Chats – All new chats that have not yet been responded too or assigned
- Active Agents – the number of Agents currently online
- Longest Waiting – the jump to the longest waiting unanswered chat
Below this top line, you can then see the numbers of agents available from each Team if applicable.
Then finally you can see the current Agents who are online, and those who are offline below them.
