Post Approvals Report Glossary

This helpful glossary explains the different sections within Orlo's Post Approvals Report. Understand the number of social media posts that have been approved and disapproved, to help improve your social media content.

Glossary 

Post Approval Report Summary 

The summary section offers a clear overview of the total number of posts that have been approved or disapproved, the percentage of disapproved posts, and the count of posts that have been tagged with approval or disapproval tags. This allows admins to quickly and easily see a clear picture of content that has been approved/ disapproved within a specific time frame. 

• Total Approvals Requested - This shows the total number of social media posts that have been sent for approval by users within the time frame of the report 
• Total Approved - This is the number of social media posts that have been approved by admins in the approval area for posts within the time frame of the report 
• Total Disapproved - This is the number of social media posts that have been disapproved by admins in the approval area for posts within the time frame of the report 
• Disapproval Percentage - This is calculated by the number of disapproval posts/ total approved posts x 100 
• Tags - Provides a breakdown of the number of posts that have been approved/ disapproved that have included an approval/disapproval tag

Network Summary 

This area shows the number of approved/ disapproved posts per social media network. 

Breakdown 

The breakdown section displays the number of posts that have been assigned approval or disapproval tags. Users can filter this information by social media network, account, and individual users. 

• Network Totals -  A combined total for all of your accounts from the same social network e.g. all of your Facebook accounts. 
• Account Totals - The number per social media account 
• User Totals - The number per Orlo user
