Why can't I log in?

If you can't log in, please don't panic as 99% of the time this is an easy fix. Please work through the common causes below, and if you still can't log in, get in touch using support@orlo.tech or the Live Chat and someone will help you as soon as possible.

You have not received an activation email

If you know that your Administrator has assigned you a user login, but you have not received an activation email, then you won't be able to log in. In this case it's likely to be because your servers are blocking our emails. Speak to your I.T department and ask them to allow emails from Orlo.

Have you checked your Spam folder?

It could also be possible that your servers are putting our emails into your Spam folder, so please have a look for our activation email in there.

Has your Administrator set your permissions to allow you access to at least one account?

You will not be able to log into Orlo if your Administrator has not assigned you any social accounts. This is a security feature, as a user with no permissions should not be accessing the system at all. This may be the source of the problem if:

  • You have received your activation email

  • You are unable to log in on www.orlo.tech

  • You are receiving the error message "Oops, something went wrong' when you attempt to log in

If any of the above is happening, you should speak with your account admin and double-check that they have assigned at least 1 social account to you. They may find our Users & Permissions Guide helpful.

Are you accessing Orlo from a permitted I.P. address?

Your account admin may have set I.P. address restrictions, meaning that you will be unable to log in if you are not accessing the dashboard from an approved I.P. address.
